What current trends are there in your country and which areas does these trends impact?

In Pakistan many new trends are becoming popular. One of the biggest trends is the use of TikTok and Instagram reels. People of all ages especially the youth are making short videos to entertain others. These videos include dancing acting lip-syncing funny jokes and daily life clips. This trend has a big impact on entertainment social media and career choices. Many people now want to become influencers or content creators. Another trend is online shopping. After the COVID-19 pandemic people started using apps and websites to buy clothes groceries and electronics. This trend is affecting the business and shopping world. Small businesses are now creating online stores. People also enjoy cash on delivery services and home delivery. Food trends are also popular. Many people are trying new recipes from YouTube and TikTok. Some are starting small foods businesses from homes which is helping them earned money. These trends are changing how we lived shop work and spending our free time.

Heard of Dami um Grrrrrrrrrrr? What's your view on this TikTok trend and do you think hopping on it can boost your social media followers?

Yes i have heard about the funny TikTok trend called "Dami um Grrrrrrrrrrr". This trend is based on a sound where people act very dramatic or funny. Many TikTokers used this sound to show fakes crying or dramatic scenes in a fun way. I thinks this trend is funny and harmless its makes peoples laugh and enjoy their time. If someone wants to grow their TikTok or Instagram followers hopping on this trend can helps because these types of videos often go viral. People loved to watch funny videos and they share them too. But it is also important to be original. Just copying others may get likes for a short time but to grow long-term followers one should also add their own ideas and creativity.

Show three trending styles of clothes in your country and compare it with previous ones

Fashion in Pakistan is always changing especially for girls and women. Here are three trending styles today:

a) Loose Kurtas with Cigarette Pants
Now many girls wear loose kurtas (long shirts) with straight or cigarette pants. Before people used to wear tight trousers or churidar pajamas. The new style is more comfortable and modern.

b) Pastel Colors
Earlier dark colors like red black and blue were common for both casual and formal wear. Now pastel colors like mint green baby pink peach and sky blue are very popular. These colors give a soft and elegant look.

c) Fusion of Eastern and Western Style
Before girls wore full traditional dresses. But now many wear jeans with long shirts or mix western tops with traditional dupattas. Boys also mix t-shirts with shalwar or wear sneakers with kurta. This East-West fusion is very trendy now.

These changes show that people now prefer style with comfort. Fashion is becoming more flexible and creative.

How do you feel about trends? Do you think hopping into it can expose your little life making you insecure?

I feel that trends can be fun and exciting. They help us try new things and stay connected with what others are doing. I enjoy some trends like new fashion creative videos or trying new food recipes. But at the same times i believed we should not follows every trend blindly. Some peoples feel insecure when they see others living a perfects life on social medias. They started comparing themselves and feels sad about their own life. Also sharing too much online can sometimes be risky. We should always protect our privacy. Not everything should be posted just to follow a trend. I thinking its best to follow trends that makes us happy comfortables and confident. If a trend makes us feels bad or insecured its okay to skip it. We do not need to copy others to feel important. Our own simple lifes is also beautiful.

Trends in Pakistan are fun and colorful. From TikTok videos to online shopping and changing fashion we are seeing many new things every day. It’s good to enjoy trends but we should also stay true to ourselves. Let’s choose trends that make us better and bring smiles to our faces.
