These helps bring those stories to life in a new way. This is called Book to Screen. I am really excited about theme of this week and chose one of my favourite movies: The Jungle Book. It is full of action, emotions and beautiful lessons. Le's learn together.

◉Do you think, an idea is better written as a book/novel or acted out as a movie? And which do you prefer?
In my opinion, acted out as a movie idea is better. Movies show us the story with colourful visuals, music, emotions and voices. This help us understand the characters quickly and feel the story deeply. At watching movie time, we don not need to imagine every explanation because everything is in front of us.
Example, we can feel fear in the eye of character and hear the happiness in laugh. A book takes time and focus but a movie can express the same emotions in a shorter time. Reading book can bore us but movie enjoy us.
I prefer movies because these are easier to enjoy and help me connect with the story in a strong way. For children and people who are very busy especially , movie is good way to experience powerful stories.
◉Watch any movie adapted from a book or novel.
I select to watch The Jungle Book, for this contest. This movie is based on the popular book by Rudyard Kipling. This is a story of boy. His name is Mowgli. The wolves brought up this boy in jungle.
His best friends are Bagheera, who is black panther
and Baloo, who is happy lucky bear. This movie shows how Mowgli try to make his place in jungle with facing danger from Sher Khan.
Baloo
Sher Khan is fierce tiger who does not want a human in the jungle. In this movie, the animals talk like humans and every scene is full of life, beautiful natural scene, fun and excitement.
I love to watch the deep connection between Mowgli and Baloo. Their friendship is full of love and care like a real family. This movie made very beautifully and the animation is excellent.
◉From the movie you have watched above, what can you say about the strength and weakness of the movie compared to the book/novel but if you have not read the book then tell us what captivated you the most in the movie and if you were to write a book on the movie how would that part be written to captivate the reader?
I have not read real book but movie is really interesting. What Scene where Baloo and Mowgli float in the river, singing and laughing is captivate me most. Baloo sings the song The Bare Necessities, and Mowgli enjoys the moment like a free soul.
I felt relaxed and made smile by watching this part of the movie. It teach how simple happiness can bring great joy. If I have a opportunity for writing this book, I love to write the sound of river flowing, the fresh smell of jungle trees and beautiful sun. I would write about Baloo’s deep voice full of joy and how Mowgli forgot all his fears in that moment. I love to use friendly, emotional language to show their strong bond.
The strength of movie is its visual beauty and emotional depth.
It quickly makes us care about the characters. The voices of the animals are funny, kind and touching. The weakness is that some parts feel fast. A book can give more time to each moment and allow us to feel the inner thoughts of Mowgli more deeply.
Overall, the movie did a great work and teach a strong message about courage, love and friendship.
I really loved watching The Jungle Book. This movie show that family is not only about blood relation. It’s about love, care and standing with each other. Way of wild animals come together, become friends and saves one another really touched to my heart. This movie felt me happy, emotional and deeply thankful for the special relationships in my own life. I think the Book to Screen idea is good. The Jungle Book is a perfect example of how a story can come to life beautifully when turned into a movie.
In last, I would like to invite my friends:
@deepak94, @zulbahri , @suboohi and @bossj23 .
I want to see your entries soon!
No he leído el libro, pero la película me encanta. Creo que prefiero ver películas que leer, es una manera más práctica para llegar a las personas.

The Jungle book reminded me of so many jungle movies I have watched over time.
It's good to know you love movies compared to books as it helps you connect deeply.
I was also looking out to see the screenshot of the book where jungle book movie was adapted from.

El libro de la selva es una hermosa película.
Tampoco he leído el libro pero la trama de la película casi me la aprendí de memoria. A mis hijos, cuando eran niños les fascinaba.
Me gustó leerte amigo.
Éxitos 👍
Thank you so much
Mogwli and Bagheera reminds me of my childhood memories, as whenever I came from school I used to ask my mother to narrate me more about the Jungle Book.
Baloo was my most favourite character and going through your post my childhood memories got refreshed!
Wish you luck for the contest ! Happy Steeming

Thank you
You're welcome
This was such a warm and lovely post! 🌿
Even though I haven’t read the book myself either, I could feel the love and joy you experienced while watching The Jungle Book just from how you wrote about it. The scene you picked, Mowgli and Baloo floating in the river and singing The Bare Necessities, is honestly one of my favorites too! There’s something so peaceful and innocent about that moment. It shows how even in the wild, there can be laughter, love, and rest.
I also liked what you said about family not always being about blood, but about care, support, and being there for one another. That’s such a powerful message that The Jungle Book captured beautifully. You made a great point about movies helping us connect quickly through visuals and sound. Sometimes, seeing the character’s eyes or hearing their laughter leaves a deeper impression than just reading words on a page.
I could also imagine how you would write the river scene as a book, with smells, sounds, and emotions woven into the words. That part made me smile!
Thanks for reminding us that joy doesn’t always come from big things, sometimes it’s found in the simplest, most playful moments.
Thanks for your nice feedback
You are welcome.
