Breakfast in Nigeria
Foods are different all over the world; and this is a fact promoting cultural heritage. Different countries with different cuisine ideas.
Same way there are different ideas of meals prepared and eaten in the morning.
A few would be mentioned here.
White rice and stew: this is almost the most common. It is simply prepared by boiling rice and pairing with sauce, stew or any soup.
Bread and tea: a few slices of bread (toasted or not)which could also be paired with fried eggs would do a good job keeping you till lunchtime.
Boiled yams: boiled yams with fish sauce or fried eggs also is one of the meals eaten here as breakfast.

Cereals: this is the easiest and fastest. It could be in form of cornflakes, oats, coco pops, custard and the likes.
