Drawing Anime.

Yuki Sohma from the Fruits Basket series

✏️ Choose the character of your preference that belongs to the Shojo Anime genre and mention which series it belongs to..

I will draw Yuki Sohma, he is a male character from the Fruits Basket series. He has a complex personality but often overcome personal struggles and is also known as Prince of Kaiwaia High, but his frinds call him Yun-Yun. Under extreme stress, this character transform into a rat. One of such odd instances was when Tohru Honda accidentally hugs Yuki, and he transform into the Rat.

Materials for the Drawing

To draw Yuki Sohma, I use a piece of A4 paper and the items I have listed below;

• A4 plain paper
• A Shpner
• A Pencil
• An Eraser
• Oppo 3x Pro (Camera)

Step 1

✏️ Make a simple sketch that allows you to get the shape and proportions in your drawing easily. Show and explain the step by step.

I started by taking my pencil to see a sharpener and got a sharp tip ready for sketching.

Step 2

I use fine strokes to draw Yuki Sohma's head and hair.

Yuki Sohma's shoulders his shirt collar and his tie.

Step 3

The sketch is ready and it's time to start shading

Step 4

✏️ Perform detailed shading (either with colors or graphite pencils) which allows you to get better results. Show and explain the step by step..

Adding pencil shade for shadows and depth.

Shade the hair, the eye and tie
