When work presents itself with a coverall

This is one of my life experiences am sharing, people always complain that there is no job opportunities in the country. But my question is; what have you done about it. Alot of people have missed job opportunities, great chances because of how the opportunity presented itself. Life has a funny way of presenting opportunities. Many times, when people talk about "work," they imagine a clean office with air conditioners, suits, and a shiny desk. But the truth is, work does not always come dressed in corporate attire. Sometimes, it shows up in coveralls, the simple, rugged uniform of labor. Not recognized by many.

There was a very touching and emotional incident that happened last two my in my state. When the state governor visited the stadium to empower the youth, a lot of people came just to witness the event , but there was this young physically challenged man who came prepared. How prepared did he come? He came with a pair of shoes he made, with a photo of him and his qualification. When the governor sited him, he when to him and asked, how do I help you, what can you do, that question, "what can you do" is the preparedness that many fail to acquired.

I’ve come to realize that one of the secrets to growth is not the kind of work that comes your way, but your readiness to embrace it. A person who waits only for "big opportunities" may remain idle for years, while someone who is open to every chance, no matter how small, rough, or humble, will keep moving forward.

Think about it: the farmer’s coverall produces food, the mechanic’s coverall fixes engines, the builder’s coverall raises houses, and even the scientist’s coverall brings discoveries. Every field has its version of "work clothes." They might not look attractive, but inside them lies the key to progress.

Too often, we miss out because we are waiting for glamorous opportunities. But work, in its purest form, is about service, growth, and discipline. Whether it comes in a suit or a coverall, it remains an opportunity.

That’s why preparation is important. You don’t wait to get ready when opportunity knocks, you prepare ahead. Success does not favor the lazy; it favors the ready. When work arrives, be it in the form of a pen, a laptop, or a coverall, those who are prepared will seize it.

My encouragement to you today is simple: don’t despise small beginnings, don’t overlook humble work, and don’t wait for perfect conditions. Get yourself ready, because work may not come dressed the way you expect.

In conclusion: I will say , dont wait for God because God is already waiting for you. Pickup that little thing and give God the opportunity to bless your little beginnings. Like the physically challenged man at the stadium who presented what he does, got favor from the governor and he was empowered to achieve his dreams.
