School Lesson

Hello dear wonderful friends in this wonderful Steem4Nigeria community today I would love to talk about the lesson we have in school these few days. As I am in an examination class lesson is compulsory for my Junior waec, the purpose of the learning is to enlighten us about some topics we may have learnt in our previous junior classes and also to acquire a new knowledge of what we may face in our exams. We are discussing various subjects in the school which are more important in our upcoming Junior waec examination. Let me review some of the subjects and a preview of what we have learnt.

Mathematics

In mathematics we are throwing more light on bearing and distance, we were actually thought bearing and distance in Jss2 but we needed it to refresh our memories, because even I am a little rusty when it comes to bearing so learning it is really helping me.

English

In English language we are discussing the various types of letters and how to write them, we are also considering the differences between some of the letters, For example a formal letter must have a title the recipient address and the signature at the closure and there is no use of contracted forms (i.e can't). A formal letter is a business letter written to people that we may not know, now let's go over to informal letter, an informal letter is a letter that is written to close relatives that a person knows. It does not need the letters, recipient address or even the signature.

History

On history we were discussing the past question in which we considered some of the ancient empires and the factors that led to the rise and fall of Mali empire, Ghana empire and Songhai empire.

Civic education

On Civic education we are diss using about election and the various types of election, we have the;

*Direct election
*Indirect election
*Primary election
*General election
*Run-off election
*Referendum
*By election

Those are the type of elections that we have and that is what we have been learning during this lesson period and we are yet to learn more things.
