Greetings steemians! I believe you are fine as I am. I want to take this moment to appreciate @hive-118902 for organising and sustaining this weekly contest titled "Arrays of Agricultural topics 👉Choose-Write-Post#24". Today, the fifth day, I have powered up 26.087 steem and here is the power-up process.

MEANING OF POWER-UP
Power-up is the conversion of liquid steem into steem power.

BENEFIT OF POWER-UP
Below are some of the benefits of PowerUp:

1. Powering up helps in building Steem power, which also helps in growing one's reputation on Steemit.
2. Converting Steem to Steem power makes Steem scarce thereby influencing its price positively.
3. It makes you become a trusted Steemian.
4. Powering up is an investment of steam and getting it back in the future.
5. Powering up helps Stemian to move from one club to another.
6. You earn more curation rewards.

PROCESS OF POWERING UP STEEM
There are two ways of powering up Steem that I know. A Steemian can:

1. Convert Steem Dollars (SBD) into Steem through the marketplace and convert it to Steem Power.
2. Powering up your earned Steem into Steem power.

MY PROCESS FOR THE POWER-UP
The first thing I did was log into my Steemit account and from the account, I logged into my wallet. To log in to the wallet, I clicked on it, and it opened up. While in the wallet, I provided my posting key and username to enable me to have access to do the power-up. On entering the posting key, this page opens.

My current Steem is writing there: 26.087 STEEM and my current STEEM POWER is 3393.146 STEEM, all in green ink. The next thing I did was tap on the small triangle close to the raw steem, and a menu popped up.

On the menu, I clicked on power up, and a new page popped up whose heading was convert to STEEM POWER.

On this page, I clicked on the amount and typed 26.087. This shows that I am converting 26.087 STEEM, and the power-up button changed to black.

I clicked on the power-up button, and it immediately took me to another page titled Confirm Transfer To Vesting.

I clicked on ok and my STEEM POWER changed from
3393.146 STEEM to 3419.234 STEEM, while the liquid Steem turned to 0.000

Conclusion/Invitation
