Hello friends and I would love to join such great contest and I'll love to share thought on the evolution of agriculture in our world today.

Agriculture has come a long way in our world today from crude implements to our modernized technology which has made agriculture a heaven for farmers today. We all know how it has so evolved. I would be sharing thoughts on these.

DRONES:
These drones now can be used to spray weed pesticide, water supply, imaging and a host of other activities, freely on our farmland. We can cover vast vegetation without much stress and it's aerial capabilities enables agriculture happen seamlessly, easier and faster with great results.

A.I ANALYSIS PARAMETERS:
A.I bots could scan through our soil samples, spotting good soil best for farming by percentage nutrition and other parameters for growing our crops. Poor soil topography and soil type could destroy our plants in one way or the other thus reducing yield. These analysis provide suitable data which we need for embarking on a great farming season.

Indeed our agriculture has evolved

ADVANCED AUTOMATION:
Our regular tractors and harvesters for farm practices has been evolved to robotics in the game. This makes the automation more sophisticated. Our regular machines such as tractors are able to multitask through the farming processes of ploughing, weeding, planting, and harvesting seamlessly for a great success in agriculture.

SELECTIVE CROPPING:
Our seeds today for planting can be harnessed in the lab through biological processes on their gene into giant crops for profit and benefit of the farmers. These crops grow resistant to pests, climatic conditions and other various hazards eventually. It could also make the farmers get heavy yield of harvest in a small piece of land which is most unlikely to happen in the old way of farming.

Modern Agriculture is indeed taking over

These technologies aid the crops grow faster, easier and have more shelf life even after harvesting, it makes these crops less fragile and more abundant too. Even amidst climate changes.

Major challenges faced would definitely be high cost of these machines, farmers having difficulty in studying data and academic analytics. In other words illiteracy in the 3rd world countries and under developed countries would definitely be the major challenge. Therefore these modernization is not passed through to other farmers and this causes lack of food in those zones as the farmers are not competent enough to fend and provide for themselves too.

On the bright side our farmers who work in these field would thus alleviate hunger in our land and thus in the world at large making us better place to cohabit with abundance of food and less hunger in our land.
