^{The Beauty of Fresh Harvests}

Farming is not only planting and harvesting but it is blood in natural world, it is the pulse of human life. As I look at these plucked fruits the clumps of bananas and the cool pears and the yellow apples I wonder about all the fruit with a history. The smallest color, smell, and touch remind us of how hard the farmers work: they rise early in the morning even earlier than the sun, not neglecting their produce, and being keen, patient and hopeful.

This is one of the pictures that I captured as a part of such commitment. The green color of the bananas is used as a representation of maturity and power since the new apples and pears become a reminder that it is time and time that makes things beautiful. Silent orchestra of diligence and industry of nature everywhere in the market of fruit. They are not just food but it is a life cycle of the soil as the food becomes the soil, the hands harvest it and the food is taken round to the tables to the family at tables.

Agriculture makes us connected to the earth in a forgetful way. The fruit is in the back and does not know about the unknown stimulus of rain, sun and pollinating insects. It teaches time to realize that good things take time to nurture. It teaches of gratitude - that we are nourished by an interdependence of man and nature.

We are reminded in the hectic contemporary world of machineries and busy routines of the simple and the little things like this scene. They remind us that we should value the real wealth in the land, in the fertile fields and in the freshness of the farm produce. Booths of every farmer at the market are nature classrooms - a place where one can have a glimpse of the outcome of the hard work, the preservation and emotional support to the surroundings.

This picture is not simply a show of fruits but it is actually a picture of life fruitful, colored and all attached to the ground that feeds us all.
