The meaning of the food security is that everyone in that area is having equal access to the good and nutritious food to live their active and healthy life.The security of the food exists when all the individuals have access to the food at all the time, to meet their nutritional needs to live healthy life.

The issue of the food security is a critical issue which involves many factors.The availability is a factor which means that the enough food is produced to meet the nutritional demands.The availability of the food depends on the production of the agriculture, storage of the food and distribution systems.

The yield of the crops, production of teg livestocks and the import ability also play important roles.The factors such as the changes in the climate and natural disasters also affect the availability of the food.

The factors such as the poverty, unemployment and the high prices of the food make difficulty for the people to access food to live their lives active and healthy.The utilisation is that how the body of the people utilise the nutrients in the food. It has dependency on the factors such as healthcare, and the knowledge about the nutritional values of the nutrients.

The security of the food is a global challenge for the thousands of the people who are facing the problems of the hunger.

There is many factors which cause the food security.The poverty is a major cause of the food security. When the people have a little money to afford to buy things to eat. This may be due to the unemployment, low incomes and the high rates of the things to buy.

The political issues can disrupt the production and the distribution of the food.The transportation systems may be broken and the destroyed farms can affect the food security.Tye changes in the pattern of the climate such as floods, changes in the temperature and droughts can destroy the crop production and this ultimately increase the prices of the crops yield.

The poor infrastructures such as lack of proper roads and storage facilities can make difficulties to get food from it is made to that area where it is needed. This can cause the food wastage and ultimately causes the prices high.

Due to the food security a lot of problems develop. The malnutrition is one of the major problems which occurs due to the food security.	We can address the food insecurity by many ways including the good agricultural practices.
It also produces a large problem which is poverty. When the people spend a big portion of their money on the food, then they have low income for their other needs which are also essential for their survival such as education, health care and for their housing.	We can adopt such practices which can make our yield production high.
Health is also affected due to the food security.When the people are food insecure they are more prone to the chronic diseases. They can also suffer from the issues of the mental health.	Access to the market is also very important to supply the food. This includes the construction of the good roads and good transportation.
