SC S25W4: Drawing Mecha Anime.

In a world where technology and humanity come together, the robot girl represents both progress and feeling, that is what I have chosen to draw. Crafted with smooth metal limbs and eyes that glow with artificial light, she has not only intelligence but also curiosity and kindness. Designed to learn and grow, she ponders her purpose and discovers the world with a sense of childlike awe.

Although she is artificial, her journey reflects our own searching for connection, significance, and identity. Not completely machine nor entirely human, the robot girl connects two worlds, reminding us that even in a realm of circuits, a heart can still metaphorically beat, and perhaps, one day, for real.

Material needed

• White paper
• HB and 2B pencil
• An Eraser
• A sharpener

Process

I started my drawing by giving a skeletal sketch of what my drawing would look like. I made an obal shape for the head and drew a horizontal and vertical line on it showing where I would point the mask.

As the robot girl wasn't standing straight, I made her figure in a bent way by drawing a bent horizontal line and a vertical line showing the shoulder and the waist and adding some points to show the joints.

I went ahead to project the body properly. I started from the leg, showing the various robot like shades.

I continued the process to get all other parts of the body completed. I completed the head, the hands and all other parts to make look girl like.

I started the shading process. Since all parts were not to be dark, I started with the dark parts first, making lighter shades in the necessary places.

I completed the shading using the same process. Shading the dark parts and giving a light shade to the other parts.

I finally added my username showing I made the drawing myself and the date to show when it was drawn.
