Discovering various cuisines since the start of season 23 has been the highlight of my cooking experience. I enjoyed the flavors of the dishes, and the unique spices were amazing. Thank you, teacher, for introducing us once more to Turkish cuisine.

1-Have you tried any Turkish food? Which Turkish food is available at your local places?(2pts)

I have sampled some Turkish dishes and even made a few in my own kitchen. Turkish cuisine is fantastic, though it can be a bit complex, which sometimes makes cooking it feel tiring. However, the flavors are delightful.

I enjoyed Turkish shawarma and kebabs, both of which were incredible. I first tried them at a restaurant, and when I learned they were part of Turkish cuisine, I became eager to discover the recipes.

In my area, there are many Turkish dishes available, including kebabs, kofta, and baklava. Nigeria is a place where you can enjoy meals from different cultures, and they taste just like the originals.

3-Does your local cousine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe? (2pts)

I haven't seen any local dishes that are similar to this one. While our usual rice and stew may look alike, it doesn't include kofta kabab, and our vegetables are cut into smaller pieces.

This is actually my first experience with this dish, and I haven't encountered it before. It's really enjoyable, and the spices are fantastic.

Which flavour or spice do you like from Turkish cuisine ?(1pt)

I really enjoy all kinds of spices, especially parsley. While I couldn't find every spice I wanted, I loved the ones I did manage to get.

They brought wonderful scents to the dish, and the flavors were delightful. I was amazed by the aroma, as I had never experienced such a lovely smell coming from my kitchen before.

Saludos amiga, veo que conoces algunos y has preparado algunas comidas turcas, si es un poco complicado, pero vale la pena la combinación de todas las especies que le dan ese sabor exquisito, gracias por compartirla. Bendiciones
