Mechanized farming is a complex kind of farming involving the use of machines because this type of farming is usually done on a large scale in large piece of land.

In mechanized farming is where different types of technologies comes to play to facilitate a good crop yield maximize cost and energy producing substantial increase mostly for sale.

Manual farming is the kinds of farming done in a small scale involving the hands and simpler implements like holes.

Manual farming do not involve machines that's why is seen as manual, farm process like wedding, clearing, making of ridges are all done with the hands or with simple farm tools.

Discuss on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Mechanized and manual farming

For me I prefer mechanized farming even though manual farming is good but it can not sustain for a long time because it is done on smaller pieces of land.

You can't be doing manual farming in 100 hectre of land and if you say you want to employ human labour it's really going to take you a lot of time.

Mechanized farming gives you more produce because it is not only done on large scale but also because it is faster saving you time to do more jobs.

Mechanized farming is best In this time, because our population in the world has grown past the stage of using manual farming. Manual farming can not feed a Nation, there will definitely be food scarcity leading to high cost of purchase.
