We have a little poultry at our backyard. Of course, the fowls were bought by my parents but it is normal for us to look after them for her sometimes.
The poultry consist of cockerels, layers and a few broilers.

This morning, like I have been doing for some days opened the section containing the cockerels and layers so they could fly outside. As they do, I scan them for any abnormality in their movement or other activities, just in case there had been any overnight attack or disease
But I didn't do the same for the broilers as they are not as strong as the former. The broilers are let out of their cage once in a while.
Upon opening the section for the broilers, I cleaned whatever dirt and poo that could have accumulated over the night with broom and water. After cleaning that, I washed their drinking through and replaced the water with clean one. After that I cleaned their feeding through and filled it with their feed (finisher); which is two of the measuring cups and allowed them to begin their feeding. While they feed, I scrutinize their movement an other actions in case there is any condition requiring attention ( disease, sickness, slow movrment, slow feeding, bleeding etc). If there is none, I lock back their section.

didn't do the same for the cockerels and layers. They are of local breeds which is while they are fed with dried grains of corn and guinea corns.
The grains are dispersed on the floor as the local fowls rally around it to pick from them up from the floor. While they feed, I checked for the presence of egg(s) that might have been laid overnigh in their cage; then changed their drinking water and cleaned their section of the cage; removing poos and other dirts and leaving the door open.
This is all done as early as 7am and before 8am.

By noon, the two types of breed are not fed as I do not refill the feeding through and I do hope not dispers any grain. Instead, I replace and refill their drinking through with clean water .

By 6pm and before 7pm in the evening is the second time I refill both drinking through and feeding through of both breeds. The locals get to another dispatch of grains and the broilers are giving another two measuring cups of their feeds.
I give them few minutes to let their food digest and for them to do other things.
As usual and as it is getting late, the locals are not told or chased around as they would go into their cage by themselves to sleep.

The cage doors are locked till the next day.

To this contest, I'm inviting @nhiv @basil20 @khayjhay
