hello howdy my brothers today we are in punta cana in a post just walking along the beach and see its attractions , to enjoy a sunny day in my beloved Dominican Republic with the sun shining behind you and the clear blue sky the sun took pity on me as it was not doing much sun today but completely clear . You can add a straw hat and sunglasses to give a touch of style to the photo of a tourist or just another Dominican on the island of enchantment.

hola que tal mis hermanos hoy estamos en punta cana en un post solo caminar por la playa y ver sus atractivos , para disfrutar de un dia de sol en mi amada República Dominicana con el sol brillando detrás de ti y el cielo azul despejado el sol se apiado de mi ya que no estaba haciendo mucho sol hoy pero sí completamente despejado . Puedes agregar un sombrero de paja y gafas de sol para darle un toque de estilo a la foto.de un turista o simplemente de un domiicano más por la isla del encanto .

Today I had the most perfect day on the beach in Punta Cana walking practically the 37 kilometers that has the various beaches or names of each one starting from Uveros beach , Dominican Republic. I got up early to enjoy the beauty of the beach before the sun. as I needed the beach and its soft white sand under my feet with some sargassum but have the equipment to keep it at bay from swimmers and tourists , the sound of the sea hitting the shore. The calm sea for the enjoyment of those who do not know how to swim or are afraid of the sea as its beaches have very little waves as you can see in the pictures...it was as if I was in a state of ecstasy.just hearing the waves of the sea with few people and tourists around me tasty to be here and have the beach to myself .

Hoy he tenido el día más perfecto en la playa de Punta Cana caminando prácticamente los 37 kilómetros que tiene las diversas playas o nombres de cada una empezando desde la playa Uveros , República Dominicana. Me levanté temprano para disfrutar de la belleza de la playa antes del sol. ya que necesitaba de playa y su arena blanca y suave bajo mis pies con algo de sargazo pero tienen los equipos para mantenerlo a raya de los nadadores y de los turistas , el sonido del mar golpeando la orilla. mar tranquilo para el disfrute de los que no saben nadar o les tienen miedo al mar ya que sus playas son de muy poco oleaje como lo pueden ver en las fotos .. era como si estuviera en un estado de éxtasis.de solo oir las olas del mar con poca gente y turistas a mi alrededor sabroso de estar aquí y tener la playa para mi solo .

I headed to the sea, a good dip in the sea water and I was as good as new since recently, I had a big accident and I am still very sore with the intention of swimming for a while and refresh myself and recover from all the blows of life and that my body recovers completely. The water was crystal clear and warm, typical of the Caribbean sea at its best, perfect for relaxing after a night's sleep as I have also been days without a good sleep after a complication. I stayed swimming for a good while , enjoying the feeling of freedom that gave me the crystal clear and warm water that offers me my beloved land to be completely healthy .

Me dirigí hacia el mar,un buen chapuzón de agua del mar y quede como nuevo ya que recientemente , tuve un gran accidente aun estoy muy adolorido con la intención de nadar un rato y refrescarme y recuperarme de todos los golpes de la vida y que mi cuerpo se recupere por completo . El agua era cristalina y cálida típico del mar caribe en su máxima expresión , perfecta para relajarse después de una noche de sueño ya que también llevo días sin dormir bien luego de una complicación . Me quedé nadando durante un buen rato, disfrutando del sentimiento de libertad que me daba el agua cristalina y cálida que me ofrece mi amada tierra para estar completamente sano .

After swimming, I sat on the sand to enjoy the sun and the breeze from the people all around me. I gave thanks also for being alive and for all those great blessings from God to me . The beach was quiet , there were only a couple of people closer to me as there were not many people here as I eat it practically alone for me and the enjoyment of the beach , which allowed me to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place just that what my soul and spirit needed to be completely away and away from the people . I put on my straw hat and my favorite book to read for a while and clear my mind of the problems and pains that afflict me , and I set out to spend the time reading and enjoying the sun . as it was not so hot on this day for me .

Después de nadar, me senté en la arena para disfrutar del sol y la brisa de la gente de todo a mi alrededor di las gracias también por estar vivo y por todas esas grandes bendiciones de Dios para conmigo . La playa estaba tranquila, solo había un par de personas más cerca de mí ya que no había mucha gente aquí como lo comete prácticamente sola para mi y el disfrute de la playa , lo que me permitió disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar justamente que lo que necesitaba mi alma y espíritu estar completamente lejos y alejados de la gente . Me puse mi sombrero de paja y mi libro favorito para leer un rato y despejar la mente de los problemas y dolores que me aquejan , y me dispuse a pasar el rato leyendo y disfrutando del sol.ya que no estaba tan caliente en este dia para mi .

I didn't want to take a walk as I didn't feel like getting on a boat . The sand was soft and white it helped me relax and stabilize a little more , and the sun was shining on it , creating a fantasy effect. The breeze was normal. There wasn't much breeze here today as well as the sun . I felt like I was in a dream, surrounded by beauty and tranquility.much to my tastes until the vendors passed by among other noisy things on the beach.

Pero no me quedé sentado mucho tiempo, ver a los pescadores y los turistas pasar en sus catamaranes o veleros por un buen rato en sus paseos pronto me puse en movimiento y comencé a recorrer la playa yo no quise darme un paseo ya que no me sentía con ganas de montarme en un barco . La arena era suave y blanca me ayudó a relajarme y estabilizarme un poco más , y el sol brillaba sobre ella, creando un efecto de fantasía la brisa estaba normal no había mucha brisa aquí hoy al igual que el sol . Me sentí como si estuviera en un sueño, rodeado de belleza y tranquilidad.mucho para mis gustos hasta que pasaban los vendedores entre otras cosas ruidosas de la playa .

Además, la vegetación en la zona es impresionante con sus aguas mansas y tranquilas sin música molesta y sus aguas cristalinas todo el día . Hay una gran variedad de plantas y árboles, de palmeras muy altas las cuales están podadas ya que han causado muchos accidentes a los turistas que crecen en la arena y en las rocas por las salitre del mar . Me pareció interesante ver cómo la naturaleza puede crecer en el entorno más inhóspito y se ve tan hermoso . al mismo tiempo esta es punta cana playa uveros .
