About Alkhidmat Bano Qabil IT Training Center

The primary goal of the Bano Qabil program is to equip Pakistan's youth with modern IT skills enabling them to improve their quality of life and secure respectable employment to support their families.

So far more than 50000 young individuals have successfully completed IT courses under this initiative. After the huge success in Karachi the program has now been expanded to Lahore and other cities including Peshawar so that more youth can benefit.

Bano Qabil offers completely free IT courses in:

• Digital Marketing
• Graphic Designing
• Web Development
• Freelancing

All courses are certified by technical boards which makes them more valuable for job opportunities both in Pakistan and abroad.

This program is a ray of hope for the youth of Pakistan as almost 64% of the population is under the age of 30 and unemployment is a huge issue. Every year around 2 million young people enter the job market but many fail to find work due to lack of skills. In response Alkhidmat Foundation launched Bano Qabil in 2022 with the vision of “Empower the Youth Empower Pakistan.”

Review of Facilities

Entrance

The center has two entry gates – the main gate and a secondary gate. Most students use the secondary gate because it is closer to the classrooms and saves time. The gates are monitored and the entry is controlled which makes the environment secure. The area is neat and welcoming giving a professional impression to visitors who arrive for the first time.

Reception

Once you enter the reception area is the first place you see. A staff member is present from 9 AM to 5 PM every day to provide guidance about admissions class timings and course details. The reception is well-organized with proper counters chairs and information boards. Students feel comfortable asking questions here and I’ve noticed that the staff are always polite and supportive which creates a positive environment.

Waiting Area

In front of the reception there is a small but comfortable waiting area. It has cushioned chairs where about 10 people can sit easily. This area is useful for parents who drop off their children visitors who come for inquiries or even students waiting for their turn to meet the instructors. The arrangement is simple yet practical giving the place a professional training institute vibe.

Instructor Offices

Each instructor has a personal office space inside the center. These offices are used for preparing lectures holding small group discussions and checking student projects. As I also teach here I can say these offices help instructors stay organized and provide a chance for students to connect privately with their trainers for guidance outside class hours. It feels more like a professional workplace than just a typical classroom.

Drinking Water Facility

The center also takes care of the basic need of students. A clean filtered water dispenser is install near the class room so student can refill their botles or have a quick drink whenever they need. It may seem like a small detail but it reflects how the Center ensures comfortable environment for learning.

Classrooms

The classrooms are the heart of the training center and they are designed to give students a modern IT learning experience:

• Around 50 computers each fully functional and equiped with the required Software.
• High speed internet available on all system making it easier for students to practice freelancing platform and online tasks in real time.

• Ergonomic seating so students can sit for hour without discomfort.
• Air Conditioners and Fans ensure the rooms stay cool during the hot weather of Peshawar.

• Multimedia projectors using for live demonstration slides and video based learning. This keeps clases more interactive and engaging.
• A stage area for instructors slightly elevated so that every student has a clear view of the trainer. This setup feels more like a seminar room which adds to the profesional environment.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

One thing that stands out about the traning Center is its clean and well maintained environment. Classroom corridors and even the waiting area are kept tidy. Regular maintenance of computers furniture and electrical systems is done which ensures Smooth learning without interruption

Security & Safety

The center provides safe and secure environment. Security guards are present at both gates and CCTV cameras are installed across important points of the building. For female student and parents this gives an extra sense of security and confidence. Fire extinguishers and basic safety measures are also in place in case of emergencies.

Student Support

Apart from academics the center offers guidance & counseling to students about freelancing career building and future opportunities. The instructors and staff are approachable and students feel encouraged to ask question or seek advice beyond the classroom.

My Visit

I personally visit this place three days a week – Friday Saturday and Sunday. In fact I am writing this post from the center itself today. Being both a visitor and instructor I can confidently say that this is one of the best IT training opportunities available in Peshawar for students who want to learn modern skills free of cost.
