I went to Nagerkovil Arya Bhavan Restaurant in Coimbatore last Sunday to have lunch, and I am going to share the details about it here. I hope you like it.

The Arya Bhavan is a branded restaurant with branches spread all over the world and is one of the most famous vegetarian restaurants in India.

The restaurant we visited is located in Coimbatore city, at Kaundampalayam, on the Coimbatore to Mettupalayam highway. It is a large restaurant with parking facilities, separate toilets for men and women, and extra facilities like a children's park.

This is a family restaurant. I consider it a great restaurant to have a meal with the family. It has two dining halls, an AC dining hall and a normal dining hall. Whenever I go, there is a lot of crowd here. The reason is its quality, clean, and delicious food.

It was very crowded when we went. It was lunch time and it was very crowded. We couldn't find a seat. The restaurant supervisor took our name and told us to wait for a while. I took pictures of the interior there. There were a lot of paintings, especially Ravi Varma's painting. I was very impressed.

There was a traditional rangoli "Kolam" at the entrance to welcome everyone. The glass facade was visible, and the water flowing in a fountain was very beautiful. I took a picture of all of them. Their restaurant is decorated with flowers every day,, and theydecorative hangings are placed at the entrance every day, which gives us a sense of freshness.

After a short wait, we got a seat. We had been there last week. There were sofas that were made to seat inch cushions. There was a very large dining table that was comfortable for six people to sit and eat. As soon as we sat down, we were given a menu card, and we chose the dishes we liked.

I had ordered chapati and guruma. My son and daughter together ordered paneer butter masala and naan (a kind of roti made with all-purpose flour). My husband had ordered paratha. The food was served hot within a short time of ordering. I took a picture of them, and then we all started eating. The food was very tasty.

After eating, we ordered and ate ice cream desserts. I had vanilla flavor, and my kids had butterscotch. The ice cream was very delicious, and the quantity was large and satisfying.

People were very fond of food and the prices of food were also very reasonable. For example, the price of a chapati was 120 rupees, the price of a butter masala was 150 rupees, and the price of an ice cream was 60 rupees.

Apart from this, food parcels are also being delivered by companies like Swiggy Tomato. Many people were seen sitting on the seats provided for them to collect the food they had ordered.

There were also sweets, desserts, etc. for sale there. We visited them. There were many South Indian, North Indian, and Western sweets and desserts on display. Their prices were also written on them. For example, a kilo of laddu was 350 rupees, and a kilo of cashew nuts was 400 rupees.

Apart from that, there were also sweets and pastries like Jalebi, Rasgulla, Peda, Kaju Katli, Malai Kofta, Ras Malai, Mysorepa, Adirasam, and Savories like Vettupalakaram Pakode, samosa, Mixer, Murukku, adai, etc.

The Arya Bhavan Restaurant is located in several places in Coimbatore; this particular branch is located on the highway between Coimbatore and Mettupalayam, in the Kaundampalayam area.

The nearest railway station is Coimbatore, which is 3 km away; the nearest airport is Coimbatore; and the nearest bus stand is Kavundampalayam. You can hire an auto rickshaw or Rapido to reach the restaurant from the bus stand or railway station.
