Delicious 'Samhap' enjoyed at Naksan Beach, "2℃ Aging".

On this business trip to Gangwon-do, I visited famous restaurants in the region. Yesterday evening, I went to Samhap Restaurant located right in front of Naksan Beach.

Samhap is a way to grill three ingredients and eat them together, and we ordered a combination of beef brisket, a coffin of pen shell, and aged kimchi.
Orders are placed through kiosks installed at each table. These days in Korea, most cafes and restaurants have applied kiosks, but each company has a different system, so it's a little confusing to use. Still, it's more convenient than a paper menu, so I'm adapting hard.^^

There are plenty of ingredients for Samhap. The staff helped us grill, so we could eat comfortably.

Spread beef brisket, put on pen shell coffin and aged kimchi, wrap them with meat and eat them. Three flavors spread in the mouth and harmonized, and so delicious enough to make us forget our words. We've eaten everything without leaving anything behind.
