I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. By the grace of God, I am very well. I have come to participate in a great engagement challenge. Through this engagement challenge, I will share with you about an educational institution of my choice. So let's get started.

Brief History
Tell us about the background and journey of the educational institution.

Today I will share with you about an educational institution that I am very familiar with. Bangladesh Agricultural Research High School, Gazipur. My younger sister studies in this high school. This high school was established in 1980. This school is a very popular educational institution in our Gazipur district. This educational institution provides very good quality education. This educational institution currently has 19 teachers and 1403 students. This educational institution provides education from class one to class ten. Students can achieve good results from this educational institution.

Front of the building
Describe the architecture, design and condition of the building.

In front of this educational institution, i.e. in front of the building, there is a large field where students of different schools and their own school can play. District-based games of different schools are held in the field of this building. A few days ago, I was present and watched the game at the district-based racket game event. Condition of parks, courtyards and fields
Describe the condition of outdoor areas like parks, courtyards and open spaces.

In front of this building, there is a large pond as well as an environmentally friendly garden of large trees. Here students can spend their leisure time sitting in the shade of trees. The environment around this building is very beautiful, which will refresh the mind of the students and also make them focus on their studies.

Organizational structure
Give a summary of the leadership and staff running the institution.

In this institution, the leadership of the institution is provided by the high school headmaster and there are also committees in this institution who give direction to the educational institution. In addition, the assistant teachers help the headmaster in providing leadership.

Leader's room or administrative services
Review the environment and facilities of the leader's room and administrative services.

This educational institution is a government high school. Therefore, this institution gets all kinds of facilities from the government. This high school is reviewed administratively. There is no leader's room or administrative services leader's room here. However, since this high school is under the supervision of the headmaster, there is a headmaster's room. From where the headmaster can review all the activities of the high school.

Learning space atmosphere
Review the condition of the classroom, the environment that supports the learning process and the facilities.

The condition of the learning space i.e. the classroom is very good and clean. Students can learn very well in the classroom. The classrooms are very large and the seating areas are large, so that students can learn comfortably and teachers can also teach their students easily. The day I went to school was Friday and schools are closed on Fridays, so I couldn't take pictures of the classroom.

This educational institution does not have a health center, library and canteen. Here children usually bring food from their homes and they eat these foods in a room.

Extracurricular
Describe the various extracurricular activities available and the participation of the students.

Extracurricular activities include sports of the students. Students can keep their body and mind fresh through sports. So all the students play sports in the big field in front of the building. Also, the students participate in various drawing competitions which are conducted by the teachers.
