Surma & Mini Chinese Restaurant ( Gazipur Bangladesh)

I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. Today, I will share with you about a popular restaurant in Joydevpur through an engagement challenge. So let's get started.

Brief history,

The name of the restaurant is Surma & Mini Chinese Restaurant. This restaurant is located in front of the Pauro Market on the east side of Joydevpur Railway Station. However, this restaurant has been located in Joydevpur for 41 years on the east side of the railway station and Soma & Mini Jane's Restaurant has opened branches in the last few years.

It is open from 6 am to midnight. Three types of food are served to customers here three times a day. Apart from this, Chinese food is also available here. The popular dishes of this restaurant include Khasir Paya Dee Nehru, Halim, Pora Murgi, Tundul Roti and Mughlai. Here, besides beef, mutton, eggs, various types of fish and Chinese dishes are available. The quality of food in this restaurant is very good.

Ownership and Management

This restaurant has one owner and approximately 30 employees including the manager are working here. Workers work in different departments in this restaurant. Some serve food, some cook and many are engaged in other work. A lot of customers come here to eat, so another assistant has been kept at the hotel reception to help the manager.

Since this restaurant is a sole proprietorship, the owner takes all the decisions himself and the manager makes all the employees work accordingly. The work of each working person is separated here. Everyone works here on a salary basis. All the profits and losses of this restaurant are borne by the owner himself.

Exterior and Interior

This restaurant is located on the main road. The inside is well-decorated with various colored lights and various decorations. The inside of this restaurant is very beautiful and clean. There are many chairs and tables arranged because many people come to eat here. Inside the restaurant, there is a reception at the first side, there is a dining table and chairs in the middle of the room and the kitchen is on the next side. On one side there are separate washrooms for men and women and in front there is a basin for washing hands.

In addition, there are colorful lights, fans, AC, colorful rooms for the attraction and convenience of customers.

The outside of the restaurant is also well-decorated and there are cooking facilities on both sides. Where one side makes roasted chicken and tandoor roti and the other side makes Mughlai.

Apart from this, they prepare many more items at night. You can eat food from here and take it home by parcel. I have mentioned only a few items here, besides this restaurant prepares various other items.

Transparency and Communication

The food preparation system here is very transparent and unique. Compared to other restaurants, this restaurant is popular for its transparency of food. In addition, the behavior of the people working here and the manager is very good. You can take the food ordered here in advance and if there is any problem with the food, then of course the restaurant officials take responsibility for it. This makes the communication system between the customer and the restaurant very good. The food here is arranged according to the taste of the customers.
