Cliff Pharmacy
Location and Background
Cliff Pharmacy is located in Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa State Nigeria. It is one of the oldest pharmacies in Akwanga, and it is a local independent pharmacy operated by an Igbo man from the eastern part of Nigeria.
The pharmacy had been serving the community since 2010 and it has been providing some health services to the community.
Size and Layout
Cliff Pharmacy is a small pharmacy that looks old outside but modern inside. In the pharmacy, medicines, supplements, skincare, cosmetics, baby care, etc, are all arranged in sections. The reason is for easy identification of items.
Product Variety
Cliff Pharmacy always gives prescriptions to anyone who comes to the pharmacy to buy drugs. Also, when you enter the pharmacy, there's a place you will stop and be attended to. There are no herbal remedies in Cliff Pharmacy, but there are personal care products in the pharmacy.

Yes, medicines are affordable in Cliff Pharmacy compared to others. In Cliff Pharmacy, there is always a discount price for anyone who is buying medicines in bulk.
Quality and Authenticity
Cliff Pharmacy doesn't sell expired drugs, it sells quality and authentic drugs. The pharmacy is a reputable pharmacy that sells quality medicines and it is under NAFDAC. All medicines in the pharmacy are of quality and authenticity.
Customer Service
The customer service in the pharmacy is helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing in the pharmacy. They know how to attend to customers, prescribe drugs, and also treat people.
Facilities and Amenities
Cliff Pharmacy doesn't have enough parking space as its environment is very small. Also, it doesn't have enough amenities.
Hygiene and Safety
There is a clean counter inside the pharmacy, and the shelves are well organised, with proper labelling. As for protocols, currently, there are no protocols in the pharmacy.
Personal Experience
Yes, I prefer this pharmacy in the community as it is the reason why I chose to talk about the pharmacy. I could remember when my friend was critically ill, he went to the pharmacy and the next day he became stronger after taking the medicines that were prescribed for him in the pharmacy.
