There are times when we find ourselves doubting the word of God. Sometimes, we don't really know what to believe any more especially with all that has been happening. Many times, we tend to question the existence of God because we feel He has abandoned us. And whenever we pass through trial and temptation, we feel lonely and rejected. I know, we can all relate to this, I can also relate to this, but one thing is certain about God, His word is yea and amen!

Well, as humans, it is natural to feel this way once in a while, after all, we all have emotions, but as a believer of Christ, the knowledge of the Word of God in you will always help you to overcome such feelings because God has always proven Himself to all creations. The truth is, as long as we live, God is God! He has never changed throughout the ages. They say change is the only constant thing in life, but this can only be attributed to humans and not the Almighty God.

For the word of the Lord is right and true;
he is faithful in all he does.
Psalm 33:4 | NIV

From the time of creation until this minute, God has never gone back on His word. What He says He will do is what He will do. His word is a miracle, His word is true whether we believe it or not. From the Bible stories, we have read of the wonders of God and the mystery behind His existence. His word is beyond human comprehension, no one can fathom this by mere logical reasoning. The word of God is not science. Rather, it is something only the spiritual will understand and not the physical.

Despite the fact that most believers are very much aware of the power of God, the devil may want to plant the seed of doubt in us, he wants us to challenge the authority of God and make us have a doubtful mind, but I want to quickly remind every reader of this message of some of the reasons why we should continue to believe the word of God even when things are not rosy at the moment;

1 HE NEVER FAILS:

One of the reasons why we should hold tight to His word is the fact that He has never failed and will never fail. The Bible says God has sworn in His name to keep everything He has promised to do. And, we have seen this countless times over the years even as long as the world ever existed.

2 HIS PRONOUNCEMENT SUPERSEDES:

The word of God is final! No one can challenge His authority on earth. No matter what you are passing through, the declaration of God's promises still stands. And no matter what anyone tells you about your status, health, and ability, God word supersedes them all. What matters is what the word of God is saying about it.

3 SCIENTIFIC FACTS:

Even when Scientists will want to argue about the existence of God, but the truth is that the Bible is full of scientific statements. These are facts that were recorded many centuries before men discovered them yet God already mentioned every bit of such discoveries because HE owns and made the world and everything in it. So, He is in a better position to say things unknown to any man.

4 THE POWER BEHIND HIS WORD:

Aren't you amazed at the power of God? The power attached to His word is beyond the physical eye! The Bible says He made the light with mere word of mouth. Whatever He mentioned came into existence. He says "Let there be" and "there was" Truly powerful.

5 PROPHECIES FULFILLED:

The Bible is full of great prophecies and every of such prophecies came to the past just as the LORD says it would. Prophet Isaiah talked about the coming of the Son of God, his death, and resurrection. Jesus who is the Son of God came down to earth in human form, dead, and resurrected after three days.

Finally, God is not a man that He should lie! His word is yea and amen! It is tested, trusted, and guaranteed. Nothing will ever change this.
