Prayer has a great impact!

We pray to God and communicate with Him, we are also part of God's work in the world!
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. 9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son asks for bread, will he give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?
Matthew 7:7-11
God summarizes it very easily, those who ask will receive the answer they seek, those who seek will find, and those who knock will have the door opened. Our heavenly Father wants us to always pray, not only because it is an honor for him but also because this type of communication helps us to get closer to him every day. We must also understand that prayer also connects us with the work that God does throughout the world. How is this? We can pray for any person from any part of the world and we have the confidence that God will listen to us and also answer that prayer.
That is why praying to God is not only asking and waiting for his answer, praying to God is one of the ways to get involved with God's work on this planet. Each one of us has the possibility of participating in God's mission in the world since we can ask to impact the world through prayer.
Another reason why it is necessary to pray is to identify our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and in his work on the cross. Let us imagine that even those sinful men give good gifts to their children, the more God gives excellent gifts to those who ask him.
11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?
Matthew 7:11
God delights in answering our cries, our prayers, and seeing us turn to him more and more each day. Let us always remember that God cannot deny himself, so let us make sure that we do not talk to him and that our ears are open to his answer.
If we are faithless, he remains faithful;
He cannot deny himself.
2 Timothy 2:13
