##In God's word we have the true and firm foundations of God's promises; our duty is to trust in his word.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.
Isaiah 40:8
Jesus Christ warned us that we would suffer many difficulties, but at the same time he gives us all the tools to overcome any trial and not be overwhelmed by them. First, we must keep in mind that he placed his Holy Spirit within us to guide us and give us the power we need to face any situation. He also gave us the opportunity to pray and maintain direct communication with him. Prayer is also a way to present our desires and requests to him. Throughout the Bible, we can contemplate the wonderful gifts he has given us.
First, we must understand that the Word of God is the very voice of the Creator of heaven and earth, the Almighty God. It is a unique and unchanging truth, valid from before the creation of the world to eternity. In the Bible, we find guarantees in which we can have complete confidence and complete assurance. Each of us can present our desires to God through prayer, expressing them from the depths of our hearts.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will fix my eyes on you.
Psalm 32:8
