Let us express the character of Christ!

Today, God invites us, calls us to action. The apostle Paul exhorts us to clothe ourselves with all those qualities that reflect Christ himself, and this reflects our identity as a child of God. Let us observe carefully that long before asking us for something, he reminds us of who we are in Christ: we are chosen, holy, and above all, loved by God. All this shows us that our actions have nothing to do with doing something to earn God's love; we are already loved by him unconditionally.

Our daily effort, for example, is to be compassionate toward others. This doesn't mean feeling sorry for them, but rather doing something for them. For example, if someone makes a mistake, instead of criticizing them, we should offer help to correct it and guide them back toward God's path. This also implies treating others selflessly, seeking their well-being, not only with our actions but also with our words. May these be used to help and edify, not to hurt or criticize.

May we dress ourselves to reflect the love of Christ every day and make this a habit in our lives. It is very difficult on our own, but every day let us entrust our lives and understand that our strength comes from God, and He will help us reflect all these particularities of Christ. Let us remember that this does not come from our nature; it is a decision we put into practice every day. The word of God transforms us, and the Holy Spirit is the one who executes the word of God through us to bless others.

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,

Colossians 3:12.

God bless you today and always!!!
