God speaks to us "Even when he doesn't say a word."
There are times when we seek audible answers from the Lord, we look for signs, we want to hear every sound as if it were the voice of God. But in this text, God reminds us of something very simple yet very powerful: "God is already speaking; all we have to do is look up, that is, pay attention."
Every sunrise, every star we can contemplate in the sky, every celestial body, every moving cloud—absolutely everything manifests the presence of God. God's creation is a constant message, very clear and at the same time silent.
Let us always remember that the sun rises, no matter what, the stars never go out, and the sky never disappears. All of this manifests the presence of a glorious, omnipotent Creator who leaves no room for improvisation. God's design is purposeful, and if He made everything that exists, down to every detail, imagine what He can do with us.
The heavens declare the glory of God,
And the firmament proclaims the work of His hands.
