Guided by the truth.
What verse reminds us that we have true guidance, with treasure from God? We live in a world of confusion, misinformation, and many decisions we have to make daily. Often, in our own nature, this seems too complicated for us.
Jesus said that we would not be alone; that He would send Him the Holy Spirit to accompany us and guide us, to reveal the word of God to us, and to be the one who would give us wisdom and reveal His word to us. Let us remember what the Holy Spirit is, who gives us wisdom through the word of God. The Holy Spirit is that light that guides us on the path, revealing the word of God to us.
Let us pray to God and ask for guidance through His Holy Spirit. Our part is to trust and to prepare our hearts to listen and to allow ourselves to be guided by His Holy Spirit.
But when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth. For He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will tell you what is yet to come.
