Let us be compassionate.

If there's a verse that shakes our ego and at the same time reminds us of true love, it's also demonstrated by loving people without expecting anything in return.

The Lord Jesus Christ shows us that every act of kindness, even when it seems simple or insignificant, has great value, eternal value. This can be translated into helping someone, sharing food when they're hungry, or simply lending an ear when someone needs a listening ear. Whatever the situation, we remain loyal or give something without expecting anything in return.

This is acting as the Lord Jesus Christ himself acted and served. This isn't about showing ourselves before crowds or on large platforms in front of applause; it's about having a willing, sensitive, generous, and humble heart, especially toward those in need.

And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brothers, you did it to Me.'
