The effort to present ourselves faithful to God.

Today, the word of God speaks to Timothy. The apostle Paul calls for dedication and faithfulness in serving God. Just as this letter was addressed to his brother, it also encourages us to commit ourselves to handling the word of God and sharing it with all humanity.
Paul speaks of diligently seeking, which implies effort and commitment, above all, perseverance. Our relationship with God and our actions should not be superficial, much less occasional. Just as a laborer works to obtain results, we also strive in prayer, studying the word to obtain what we hope for.
While we desire approval from people, the approval we should expect is God's. This means that we commit our lives to God and live according to the truth of His word, even if it is unpopular or difficult. So, here we realize that knowing the Bible is not enough. When we apply this word correctly and responsibly, living according to God's will, we grow and mature, and this allows us to live correctly according to the word of God. In this way, we are an example to others.
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately dividing the word of truth.
