STEEMCCHURCH: 7 characteristics of the blood of Jesus.
The characteristics of the blood of Jesus leads us to a level of understanding of the sacrifice that He conquered for us on the cross. Each of these characteristics of the blood of Jesus shows us what to conquer and how we appropriate this truth.
Spilling of the blood of Jesus.
The complete work is revealed in every way that the blood was shed, Each of the seven parts of the sufferings of Christ in which his blood was shed, has hidden mysterious doors that open and reveal themselves in the community with their blood. The cross is an infinite paradise of drops of blood, each one full of light and revelation. The entrance to the heavenly city, to the abodes of the Spirit, to the heavenly places. Thousands of experiences of deep knowledge and revelation, are ahead of the believer who finds this master key, and goes through this river of light in his blood.
The Blood in the sweat of his forehead.
The victory over all the pains and sufferings of the soul are in those drops that came out in the sweat of His forehead. The power that submits our will to God's will is also there. We can drink from those same drops, and through that, bend any desire that opposes God. They are drops of blood that take us to unprecedented levels of intercession, and they attract the angels of God to meet us, to help us to die to ourselves, and to pass purification tests, that without their blood and their angels, it would be impossible for us cross. (Luke 22: 42-44) "Father, if you want, this cup passes from me, but not my will be done but yours." And being in agony, he prayed more intensely; and it was his sweat like great drops of blood that fell to the ground. "
The Blood that emerged from the slaps and the sticks that disfigured his face.
It gives us triumph over pride and vainglory, and rescues us from the yoke of contempt and rejection. He gives us the power to endure the humiliation of others, his mockery, and leads us to become similar to Him in the loss of all reputation. To see the heavenly and divine side, which is found when beauty has been destroyed in us, so that it is now its beauty that shines through our being.
When the soul and the spirit are filled with this beauty, it no longer matters what men say about one. Many times, God has asked me to love those who have destroyed me with their mockery and contempt. It is the drinking of this blood that has strengthened my heart to love, and love, and to love again, where the natural man simply does not have the capacity anymore. (Matthew 26: 67-68) "Then they spat on his face, and punched him, and others slapped him, saying: Prophesy to us Christ, who is the one who struck you."
The blood that came out when pieces of his beard were torn off.
The beard speaks of priesthood. Through this blood we return to the lost priesthood that allows us to minister before His presence. It is from Jesus' beard that His anointing descends on the whole body, as was the case with Aaron the high priest. (Psalm 133: 2) "It is like good oil on the head, which descends on the beard, the beard of Aaron, and goes down to the edge of his garments."
The Blood that came out of the lashes that tore his back.
From this blood we drink victory over every disease of our physical body. In the same way that Jesus bore our sins, He suffered to carry in our body all our diseases and ailments. Jesus never got sick while on earth. He was a man without sin, and this gave a wonderful protection to his body that the devil could not touch. Satan can only touch fallen nature, because of sin. The prince of evil wanted to destroy Jesus with all kinds of illness, but he could not do it. When on the cross, Jesus covers himself with sin, draws all sickness over him, and leads him to death, through his own death.
This is one of the most powerful things that happened on Calvary, and that gives us the possibility to live a life full of health. A body that is continually washed with the blood of Jesus, will hardly get sick. God is calling us in this generation to enter and possess all that Jesus did for us, through his sacrifice. (Isaiah 53: 4-5) "Surely He bore our diseases, and suffered our sorrows; and we felt him scourged, wounded by God and dejected. But He was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our sins; the punishment of our peace was upon him, and by his wound we were healed. "
The blood that produced the crown of thorns.
This blood crowned him as King of kings and Lord of lords. He gave him all the victory against the devil's empire. He conquered the government of the land. And this gives us the position of kings, and governing with Christ.
This blood conquered strengths in the spiritual world and in the mind of man. By drinking this blood, we conquer our life of thoughts to come to have the mind of Christ. We appropriate the conscience of Christ. Jesus man believed all that was written about Him. He knew that all that He was in His Spirit, had to invade all His human nature until Jesus became the Christ, in all His being.
The Blood that came out of the wounds caused by the nails.
From this blood we obtain triumph over iniquity, over sin, over the crooked and deviant walk of our steps. This blood opens paths of righteousness, and restores the paths of our destiny. Open the roads to take the Gospel where there is no path, no way to get there. (Isaiah 53:11) "By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, and bear their iniquities." It is the blood that also heals the earth contaminated with our iniquities.
The Blood that came out of his side to be pierced by the Spear.
This gives us access to the Holy of Holies, it is the one that opens the heavens, and takes us into the heart of God. (John 19:34) "But one of the soldiers opened his side with a spear and immediately blood and water came out."
When God gives us the privilege of opening His heart to us, we will understand His compassion in a way that will become part of our being. When the sharp edges of sin Tear, we will be sensitized to the deep pain He feels, we will be imbued with a mercy, which can only come from God. We will understand that in the heavenly places there are different levels of seeing and experiencing God, from the clear and beautiful manifestation of the face of Jesus, to the unfathomable regions of his glory where Moses entered hidden inside the rock. Through his blood, and longing to conform to the heart of God, is how He reveals to us the heavens and the priceless riches of His kingdom.
