Maybe teach them that is okay to be authentic, or be aware of how they are are putting themselves out there. So many have their social masks on
I know what you mean though, is a loaded question with a rabbit hole attached to it bearing the question of "who am I really."
I'm sure whatever you talk about will be amazing, I got a lot out of your last speech

I have to say... you have successfully had my mind pre-occupied with this all day. hehe
I think the hard thing is that many people don't even know they are putting on social masks. The next question - is that are the reasons different for each person, or are there common threads that can be strung together to help most people see those masks?
Considering your experience with LoA and the fact that you are super grounded in who you are - I may pick your brain on this more sometime. ;)
Fair enough, wasn't my intention to pre-occupy your mind though it puts a huge smile on my face that you've been thinking about this all day.
Whatever you are inspired to create will be amazing, no doubt about it. I'll take on the authentic self in my talk 😋
