1 day of work left
Today was my second to last day at work for this project, tomorrow will obviously be the last YAY.
Things went well again today and i got more data than i needed which is great, tomorrow i am back in the chiller for my final day.
After work i drove back to my Hotel and decided to go and sun my ample body down by the outside pool, it was sunny for the first 30 minutes the clouded over - still warmish with a temp of 26 degrees C.
On the left is my current Hotel and on the right is the one i stayed in about 15 months ago which is another great Hotel i enjoyed.
It was rather nice laying in the sun and just relaxing, tomorrow is going to be an even better day so after work tomorrow i will be down there again.
The outdoor pool looks rather flash and has a Spa on the end of it, i was going to go for a swim but had some data entry to do in my Hotel room.
By the pool is a BBQ you can use to cook whatever takes your fancy, i do have a full kitchen in my apartment but i think the outdoor one would let off less smoke alarms LOL.
Tonight i am going to visit some friends which live about 10 minutes walk away, it will be good to catch up with them.
Then its dinner and into bed before my alarm goes off at 3.05am, i am looking forward to my last day of work.
On Thursday i travel back to New Zealand and get to see the Family and Smudge cat.
Really looking forward to having a month off where i can do mainly whatever i want, plus some housework and get back on my Mountain bike.
That's really about it here on the Gold Coast Australia.

Your post is radiating those end-of-project good vibes! Congrats on almost being done with this project - that final day is always the sweetest. The Gold Coast looks absolutely stunning, and that hotel pool is seriously tempting. I can almost feel the warmth through the screen, even with the clouds rolling in! 😂
I love the comparison of the two hotels you've stayed at. And that BBQ setup? Genius! Definitely the safer bet than setting off the smoke alarms in your apartment. 😂
