Tuesday BBQ
Yesterday we started daylight savings which means the clocks went forward an hour, this means Summer is coming and longer hours of daylight which i like.
So today even though the weather has been average, we decided to have a BBQ with Sausages Lamb and asparagus.
I gave the BBQ a clean up and it wasn't even that bad, must have cleaned it after the last time i used it.
We have a nice loaf of bread to have with dinner and some yummy looking cheese sausages.
Got a rack of lamb of a friend well actually a couple of racks, these got pulled out of the fridge about an hour before i cooked them - salt pepper and olive and sit for an hour.
We had some fresh asparagus and some left over garlic butter, what a great combination to have with the Lamb.
In a couple of days i will booked my next work trip which is a 12 day stay in Adelaide Australia, haven't been to Adelaide for a couple of years so am looking forward to it.
Forget to mention i got called up for Jury duty at out local District Courthouse, i had to reply that i would be working and asked to be excused till next year.
Apart from that i am just chilling!
