This morning i booked my accommodation for my final work trip of the year, after that i have 2 & half months with no work - YAY.

Since this job is in Auckland New Zealand i am going to drive from my place, there are a couple of reasons for this.

• I do not want to fly with those Muppets called Air NZ
• If i take my car i get paid per kilometer and this means instead of the rental car company and airline getting the $$ - i do!
• With taking my own car i get to take whatever i can fit in it, like my mountain bike or golf clubs.

Today i got up and went for an 11 kilometer walk with some jogging as well, so i have done my exercise for the day and can just relax and watch some TV.

Yesterday i did not do that much apart from a couple of walks and just hanging around in my Hotel room.

Lunch yesterday was an Italian Omelet with Sausage & Baked beans from a place 30 seconds from the Hotel - it was really nice and reasonably cheap costing $24 AUD.

Dinner was Honey Sesame chicken with some noodles from another place very very close to my Hotel, this meal cost $23 AUS.

I can watch 2 games of Basketball plus there are some V8 supercars on TV so plenty to watch and just kick back.

Not sure what i will have for dinner tonight but it could be a Steak meal from where i got yesterdays lunch.

With only 3 days of work left i am looking forward to getting that done and getting back to NZ.
