Salmon as the usual dinner - I like it. Since I live in Norway, it becomes my usual dinner more and more often. In other countries I used to live (Cyprus, Argentina, Chile, Poland) income to price ratio didn't allow me to eat it too often.

    Yeah you can't beat a nice piece of salmon, plus its super healthy.

    It's with stunning 3 Celcius degrees, and still a bit of snow here and there. People are in a spring mood though. For the locals it's basically summer - I've seen a guy in shorts and flip flops in a local market already ;)
