Finally, finally!!!!!.. This week as marked the final phase of the six-week SEC program, and truly—it felt really complete. This week focus is on Full Body Circuit, and that was exactly what I experienced when I did the given excersice, every part of my body was really involved. Starting from From my legs to my arms, my chest to my core, even my breathing—all of it was tested and improved properly.

However, as I do carried out each excersice movement this week, I didn’t just feel physical strengthen —I felt mental strengthen too. Let's see what I have done these week so far!!...

💃🏽 My Warm-Up – Dance or Fun Movement (5 mins)

However ,Before I jump into any heavy moves or exercises I warmed up with simple dancing and fun steps movement. I allowed my body to move freely, using music to raise my energy and shake off tiredness and weakness.

  • My experience: It really helped me get into the mood. My joints loosened up well. It was fun, enjoyable and easy

  • Challenge: Midweek, I had slight tension in my back. So, I took it slow during the dance and stretched gently. It helped me so well, and by now I was moving more better with it.

🏋🏽‍♂️ My Dumbbell Thrusters Excersice – 3 Sets (10 reps)

So here, I held the 2kg dumbbells I made by filling water bottles, bring them up and down to my shoulder level. It was one of the toughest moves in the circuit. But in day 1,2,3,4 I included the squatting part.

  • My Impact: This one worked my thighs, shoulders, arms, and core so well at once. It demanded total big control.

  • My Challenge: I felt serious pressure by the second set on day one, but I held tight and completed it. And I do it well by now.

🪜 The Step-Ups I perform – 3 Sets (10 reps)

Using a Floor step, I stepped up one leg at a time and came down slowly.

  • My impact: My calves, glutes, and lower thighs got active fast. My balance was tested so well, and full of balance.

  • My Challenge so far: Breathing fast and controlling movement was hard at first, but by the last day, it felt smoother and more confidential.

👐🏽 The Dumbbell Chest Flys Excersice– 3 Sets (12 reps)

However, I was lying flat on the bench, I spread out my arms wide with the dumbbells and brought them slowly together over my chest.

  • My Impact: My chest and shoulders felt deep tension. I could feel the stretch and power in every rep I completed.

  • My Challenge so far: My grip started shaking around rep nine in day one and two, but I paused, took deep breaths, and completed all sets. But for now I'm a pro.

🚴🏽 The Bicycle Crunches Excersice– 3 Sets (15 reps per my side)

1000071879.jpg

I laid flat on the mat and twisted side to side like pedaling a bicycle.

  • My Impact: This hit really hard on my core, waist, and upper abs seriously I mean it. My breathing had to be slow and controlled.

  • My Challenge so far: I kept adjusting my posture to protect my lower back. By the third day, I could do all reps without stopping.

🧘🏽 My Cool Down Excersice – Breathwork and Rest on Yoga Mat

1000071881.jpg

After all the activities, I do well to laid down quietly and focused only on my breathing. This moment always brings peace.

  • How I felt: My body was tired, but my mind was clear. I allowed myself to relax and reflect, knowing I had done well.

I’ve found more and bigger joy in the movements. I’ve really become more in touch and understand my body, my health, and my discipline.
