Me and Kidi40 on our way to the training center

Last Saturday morning was something else. I went out with my cousin @kidi40 to our training center to meet up with our friends for some excersice. Everyone was excited to continue staying fit on the new fresh week. The weather was very cold on my body and the sun didn't fully come out yet, so it was so perfect to perform the exercise.

As soon as i got there. We did some light jogging around the area and stretched our arms and legs. Then the real excersice began. Therefore as soon as we begin. The first exercise we did was trying jumping jacks excersice. Anyhow that might have look at us doing it, could say it's easy, but after doing it for a few minutes, we were already sweating.

Truly jumping jacks can surely help to wake up the body and get our heart pumping normal. While excersicing I could surely feel my chest rising and falling fast, and my legs started to feel lighter to do the excersice. It was a good way for me to get started in the training.

After that, we moved to the step boards. However, these are small raised platforms we use to step up and down repeatedly. Therefore , we also did our normal excersice called “Step and Pump,” in this excersice where we step up, raise our arms, and then step down very quickly. Did it sounds simple? Lol , but when you do it for 10 minutes straight, your thighs start to burn and you will understand what I'm talking about.

We did various exercises and I can remember @kidi40 looking at me and saying, “What excersice should we do next.” We laughed, but I suggest we do side squatting with the step board. However ,the step board exercise really works the legs and helps with balance.

Then came the interesting part — the tire jumps. We call it “Tire Hop.” We arranged old car tires in a and jumped in and out of each one. We really have to focus so that we don’t trip or miss a tire and fall. The Tire helps leg strengthening so much.

And another thing I surely noticed is how these exercises really help me with stress. Therefore During the week at work place, I'll sit a lot at work and sometimes feel very tired even without doing anything much.

But after a good workout like this, my body feels more lighter and flexible, and my mind is more clearer now and I can even have a very sound sleep. Even my night sleep has been improved. I used to wakeup and turn at night, but now I sleep like a baby no disturbing.

So finally We ended the excersice with some cool-down stretches which is really important to the body at that point, so that muscle pull won't be developed. And we sat down together to drink water and talk for some times before going back to our various destination.

Even though we were tired, we were all happy. However, there’s something so special about excersicing and sweating together with our friends. It builds a kind of bond we can't imagine.

That morning was really massive and great for us. We burned some calories that needed to be burned and we also built more strength, and had some fun. Going to the training center with kidi40 and our friends is now one of the best parts of my week.
