My Fitness Routine
Hello fitness enthusiast, it's another day to focus on our fitness routine. Today I play as an acting coach as my coach had an emergency meeting to attend to, I was earlierly inform so I took it personal and went out early as I could.
I was told to focused on this week routine and I did exactly. I started with warm up, jogging in place and jumping jack, 50 reps each in three sets. Later execute dumbbell squat from range of 30 to 50 reps in three sets. Then I introduce dumbbell squat and we Executed in in a range of 15 to 20 reps in three sets.
Also included others routine as well and later concluded with a four to five minutes stretch. Uhh it was actually fun though and we all enjoyed the whole moment, the above video says more about the whole exercise, watch out fams.
