I am back again and this time with something that really tested me both physically and mentally. The Week 4 Fitness Challenge was no joke. I am someone who has just started this fitness journey, so almost every part of this routine felt new and difficult. But with patience and deep breathing, I kept going.

◉🏋️‍♂️My Experience with Core And Cardio.🏋️‍♂️.

I start exercise with warm up. I start it with light jumping and moving in place. It looked easy, but even this made me breathe faster within a few minutes. I could feel my legs warming up and heart beating faster. As a beginner, I was not expecting to sweat so soon, but I did! It reminded me how important warming up is before anything hard.

My next set was bodyweight squat jumps. This was hard for me. I bent down, tried to jump up but failed. I jump again and come back to squat but my legs started shaking in start. My thighs and knees felt pain but I did not stop it. Every jump felt like lifting a mountain. This exercise was really challenging for me as I am a newcomer. But I still completed all with effort.

Dumbbell Chest Press was my next target. I used my small dumbbells at home and did this on the floor. Compared to squat jumps, this felt a bit easier. My chest and arms felt pressure, but in a good way. After this, I felt my arms heavy. I took deep breaths and completed the sets. I did not think lying on the floor and pressing up would feel so tiring but it did. It worked on my shoulders and upper chest the most.

Next exercise was Russian Twists. This made my stomach burn. Sitting with legs up and twisting side to side was not easy. I lost balance in the starting. I had to keep set my feet. I used a light dumbbell to twist with. My core muscles and side belly felt tight, like these were stretching from inside. For me, this was also hard but I enjoyed the way it worked on my abs.

Honestly, Burpees was the hardest part of this program. Burpees took everything out of me. I tried the full movement go down, push-up, come up and jump but after the first two reps, I was already out of breath. So I modified it by skipping the jump sometimes. My chest, arms, legs and even back were all working at once. My heart beat was fast. I was sweating very much during this. I found it very hard like torture, I kept going. I was proud that I did not give up.

After such a workout, the cool down felt like a gift. I stretched my arms, legs and took deep breaths. My body was tired, but also peaceful. I could feel a little soreness starting, but the stretches helped. This part is really important. It gave me time to thank my body for not giving up.

This program was not easy for me. I am completely new to working out, and honestly, I thought once to stop halfway but I carried. I used my own made dumbbells. This already had at home. These are dumbbell are not so heavy, but for like me as starting, light weight feels heavy after a few sets. My muscles, especially in my legs, chest and core, felt the most impact. I was tired, sore but also very proud.
This challenge taught me one thing, our bodies are stronger than we think. we just need to push through the first few steps.

Thank You My Friends!
