SEC-S25W5: Strength Emphasis💪.
Hello my fit friends! I hope my friends are fit and should be. Because this challenge play a big role to stay fit. So my friends, I have taken part all previous challenges and today I am here to take part in fifth challenge. Every time it gives me something new to learn. This week’s challenge focused on "Strength Emphasis". I am going to share my full, honest journey with you. so let's start for being fit.
◉🏋️♂️My Experience with Strength Emphasis.🏋️♂️.
I took start from warm up🔥. This is very important for doing this program. I started with high knees as my warm-up. In the beginning, I felt okay, but after a few minutes, my breathing became fast. After that I moved I start running in one place for more warm up. I really enjoyed it. It made my body feel active and fully awake.
Next, I start main program. This was single leaf deadlift. In this program I lifted my leg. When I lifted one leg and bent forward, it was hard to keep balance. My back had to stay straight and my core tight. My legs were shaking. But I completed this. After completing this I felt like won a match of world cup series.
After that I did next program and next program was Plank Shoulder Taps. I got into plank position, lifted one hand. One hand tapped the opposite shoulder. After that I lifted other hand and tapped opposite shoulder. I repeat it again and again. This was not so simple. My hips were shaking and I had to work hard to keep balance. I felt happy 😀 after completing this program.
Then I moved for next program. My next program was Dumbbell Front Raises. This was little hard to me. Holding dumbbells, I raised my arms forward together. After I raised my hands one by one. First set was smooth, second was challenging, third felt like fire in my shoulders.
Then started the hardest program of week 5. Diamond Push Ups was my next program. I know regular push ups, but diamond push-ups are a whole different story. Placing my hands in a diamond shape made my triceps burn. I completed with really hard work.
Cool Down program was last part of this challenge. After hard working, I really need to calm down. So I did calm down program. I stretched my arm and moved body in different ways. This help me to cool down after hard work. I felt relax after this.
I recorded 6 videos and make one with the help of KineMaster app. Now I am feeling like a winner 🏆 after done all programs.

My big thanks to Community SteemFit & StayFit and miss @ngeonyi for organizing healthy contest. I felt happy that I try something new and different in my life. I am thinking 🤔 to doing this workout again and improving my power.
