SteemFoods #Recipe Turkish Kebabs
Good morning, happy @steemitfoods friends everywhere, how are you and hopefully you are always in good health. This time I want to share the recipe for one of the Turkish Middle Eastern specialties, which is my favorite, namely Kebab.
Materials needed:
Kebab leather material:
Wheat flour
Baking powder
Sugar
Cooking oil
Salt to taste
Hot liquid milk to taste
Ingredients for filling beef:
Beef sliced
Garlic
Ginger
Coriander
Yogurt
Red chili
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kebab ingredients:
Kebab bread
Margarine
Onion
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Kebabs
Tomato sauce to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
How to make:
For the kebab skin bread
Enter the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar then pour in the cooking oil then stir until it becomes grainy.
Enter the hot liquid milk little by little until the dough is smooth and smooth.
Take 1 dough circle, flatten and grind it with a wooden rolling pin until it becomes wide and thin round.
Bake on a Teflon omelet pan over low heat until cooked and look slightly burnt brown spots. Set aside and cover with a clean cloth.
For kebab-filled beef:
Clean the beef and beat until it is slightly expanded.
Red chilies, garlic, ginger and coriander are mashed then mix the beef with ground spices, until the meat is evenly spiced.
Give yogurt, salt and pepper to taste and let stand for about 10 minutes. After the spices are absorbed, grill the meat until cooked.
For Turkish kebabs:
Toast the kebab bread on a frying pan that has been smeared with margarine until it appears brownish.
Saute the onions until they are wilted, put the kebab bread on a plate, arrange the onions, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes.
Add the tomato sauce, chili sauce to taste and the kebab meat then add enough mayonnaise on top of the meat, then roll the kebab bread and make it compact.
