QUALITY TIME WITH HER

Every 4 pm, it has been my daily routine to pick up my wife @kyrie1234 at her workplace in one of the big schools here in our place. One afternoon, we felt like we wanted to eat out and have quality time together, so, we decided to go to "Barkada's TUSLOB BUWA".

BARKADA

They named their mini-restaurant as Barkada since this is a corpo among 5 friends. By the way, Barkada is a Bisaya term for group of friends. These friends know each other since Highschool, and this group of girls is my batchmate. Unfortunately, when we went there, they were in their other branch.

BARKADA - Tuslob Buwa

These girls decided to have a business and they chose to offer the Unlimited Tuslob Buwa.

TUSLOB BUWA is again a Bisaya Term.

Tuslob - to dip
Buwa - Bubbles

In short, TUSLOB BUWA is an exotic food wherein you will dip the poso (rice inside the coconut leaves) in the so called buwa. So today, I will show you and teach you how to make the BUWA.

BUWA, You Like?

Ingredients:

  1. Pig's Brain
  2. Pig's Liver
  3. Cornstarch Mixed in Water
  4. Soy Sauce
  5. Red Chili
  6. Cooking Oil
  7. Onion Bulb
  8. Garlic

The Process

Step 1:

Turn on the fire and let the frying pan be heated. When it is already heated, put a little amount of oil.

Step 2:

Saute the spices and wait until the garlic turns golden brown. Then, add the main ingredients which are the pig's brain and liver. Followed by the cornstarch mixed with water. Stir properly and wait until it bubbles.

Step 3:

Pour a small amount of soy sauce and stir it again...

And that's it, our BUBBLES is now ready.

We also ordered sisig, and we just paid 333php, roughly 6-7$. With that amount, you will surely have a full tummy..
