SUMMER FILLED
Hello my steem friends;
I would like to talk about fresh stuffing, which is one of the indispensable dishes of the kitchens, with the emergence of fresh stuffed eggplant, fresh zucchini, green hot pepper and hot red pepper in summer dayı.It is a little difficult to make, but it is very good and delicious to eat. I can say that it is my favorite dish that makes the tables colorful.I would like to share with you the stuffed stuff I made with my mother.
MATERIALS:
_Fresh stuffed eggplant
_Fresh green zucchini
_Fresh hot green pepper
_Fresh chili pepper
_300 gr pulled tail meat
_Stuffed rice
_2 onions
_1 head of dried garlic
_Salt, lemon salt, black pepper
_3 tablespoons of tomato paste
_1 cup of olive oil
Let's get to the construction; first of all, we empty the vegetables, so we need to carve them.
We mix the inside of the zucchini with a little salt, black pepper and red pepper.
Then we wash our rice and put the chopped onion, garlic, tomato paste, pulled tail, olive oil and spices into it and mix them all.
We fill the vegetables we hollowed out, put the fountain stone on it and pour water to cover it. And we let it boil.
We cook our stuffing for about 1 hour. After the stuffing comes to a boil, we should bring the bottom of the stove to the lowest heat and continue cooking. Otherwise, the rice inside the stuffing will come out. Let's be careful.
Our 1 hour is up. Our stuffing is done. We can drain the water and serve it. Enjoy your meal to everyone....
