Hope everyone is well. By the grace of Allah I am also well and healthy. Today is Wednesday date: 07-05-2025. Today I made an interesting recipe Rasmalai in my village house. And I will share its entire processing with you. I hope you like it.
First I made chana with 3 kg of cow's milk and sour curd, then I pressed them well in a cloth and squeezed them well and removed the water and kept only the chana. Then I shook them well and added 50 grams of flour and 20 grams of ghee and shook them well with my hands for about 10 minutes.

On the other hand, I made 500 grams of sugar with 1 kg of water to make syrup. I also added long cardamom and sugar powder and then after shaking them well and stirring them, I turned off the stove.
Then I make small sweets with my chana, it took me about 1 hour. After finishing all this, I pour the sweets into my vessel, then I keep heating the sweets on a low flame in the stove, when it is boiling well, I check it well, in this time it takes me 25 minutes just to heat the sweets.

Then I again heat 1 kg of cow's milk and 30 grams of powdered milk well, in this time I take the sweets out of the vessel and squeeze them with my hands, after pouring all the water from my milk, then I leave the sweets in the milk and keep the stove running for 5 minutes. Then I take them and keep them in a cold place. It will take 12 hours to do any kind of movement.
