Beef patty or chapli kabab by @vvarishayy
Hello foody peeps welcome to my post
Today I'm making delicious chapli kabab. It's my favourite. I hope you would love it too.
Step 1
You need meat. Minced that meat 🍖 by chopper or you can buy minced meat from the market too. It all depends on your conveniency.
Step 2
Take 2 onions and a few green chillies. Chopped both of them and you can add green chilies according to your taste. I love spicy 🔥 then add them into the minced meat.
Step 3
Salt, red chilli powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, Cummins, coriander, and black pepper. Add all the mentioned ingredients into the minced meat.
Step 4
Now mix all the things properly with your hands. Mix it well.
Step 5
Now make kabab. You can make it of any shape but I prefer the round ones. Because by this shape the chances of uncooked meat is less.
Step 6
Step 6 is fry. Fry the kabab until it will be fully cooked and you will see the good smell of the kabab while frying will diffuse.
Here our kababs are ready to eat and ready to serve. This is the final look. Yum 😋
You can serve it with with the ketchup or any sauce. You can make burgers and rolls too by it. In our home we usually eat it in the burgers.
