I refreshed the page and was able to send 36 TRX, but no MEMO was displayed, so no MEMO. According to tronscan, the TRX arrived at the address shown:

Please note, you were supposed to send exact 35.964 TRX to be able to complete the transaction successfully. But seems like you had sent 36 TRX which is incorrect amount.
