State of the Art in the Art & Artist Community- May 2025
Greetings, artists, artisans, and other art lovers. We're closing out the month of May, and June is set to get hot, and summer is approaching in many places. And here on Steemit, it's no exception, as some changes in high temperatures have occurred. Art and artist hasn't escaped the influences of climate and the change of seasons, either.
Our Staff roster has undergone some important changes:

I did that 20 years ago with the photos of my youngest, music included but that doesn't make it art. Btw the computer can no l9nger read those files but I still have the CDs
Why wont the computer read it anymore? Maybe it was some extension which is no longer supported by current technologi (like, maybe, flash files)?
I am nit sure it was the same with the photos I saved so I started printing them again and we are back with the photoboxes and albums but I lost many.
There is not much to tell. I have been in the hard work of painting for less than three months. I am studying many new things about pictorial art and color theories and uses of acrylics and other techniques. I am from and am anchored in an island called Cuba. And I have been writing since I was six years old. So I can and must marry two muses. Sometimes they fight each other and outrage my body. They torment me and leave traces on paper. With colors or letters.
I have been given the task of helping and promoting in this piece of heaven. Where art must be the flag that remains firmly waving in every corner. I will be around here sharing and leaving my impressions.

I think the Steemit Inc. (I like to refer to it as House of Steemit) forgot about it, since they promised to announce the new lineup of SRs at the end of May 2025. It is interesting to understand the delay, there must be a good explanation, but I don't really think we will have it.

Of course it will not. It might be better to give up on the booming since fair doesn't exist. An option might be to fond SRs with different skills!/interests who truly read and set them on certain topics which they can nominate and also set other rules like different countries and gender posted in blog.
Example: sports, technique, art, food, photography, literature, freewriting, achievements (newcomer, dolphins... Powerup/spud), travel, games, films, culture, DIY/crafts, health, reviews, reports (development included but no SC or SR)...
