Why would you say the daddy's wearable is pointless? I'm a father and I take care of my baby even more than his mother. What if the mother is busy somewhere and you as the father is kept in charge of the baby?

Aah, let me clarify, wearable is useless. Info can be managed on the phone from what i could tell. Nothing to do with gender.

Yea, info can be managed via the app but what about notification and alerts when your phone is not somewhere close to you? I think the wearable adds more functions to the device which might be lacking in the app

I think all wearables are pointless for the average consumer, and as far as this product goes, one should be able to set specific alerts for this app. How often do people stay away from their phones anyway :)
Anyway, my opinion is not meant to be taken personally, if at all it has been.

I don't agree that all wearables are pointless. How about wearable gps, blood pressure and heart monitors etc? The wearable for this device provides an option, at least. You can choose to work with the bracelet or the smartphone app. FYI, I stay away from my phone a lot when I'm indoor.
