Oh, I remember he came and commented on one of my other posts but did not reply further. Yes, his initial comments are appropriate for the post so I don't think it is a bot account. Maybe he is using translator as you said.
Either that or he is playing with a bad Artificial Intelligence software.
I've seen that many times with translators. The recipient has to read between the lines from the translation. 😊
