This is hilarious and brilliant, it's even funnier there are such products out there to help us have fun at work and heck why not. If you happen to work in a office job and allowed to do conference calls then this is for you, basically you have a interface that looks like your having a call with 4 people but infact one of the screens is playing your chosen Netflix series.
